• You have 30 days from your order date to request a return. Once you have requested a return, you have 7 days to ship your item(s). If you do not ship your return within 7 days from the return request date, your order may be eligible for store credit only.

  • All items must be unused with the original packaging.


  • All items are returnable, with the exception of the following:
    • Items marked final sale
    • FIT TIE x spintowel hair ties

  • We reserve the right to return any item that does not comply with our return policy.

  • Shipping charges WILL NOT be refunded.

  • If return request is approved per return policy you will receive a pre paid return label to return your drip accessory product

  • We offer free returns for domestic orders within the US and we will provide you a prepaid return label via email

  • For international returns (including Canada), customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • If your order has been sent to a destination outside of the US, customs, duties, and sales taxes are not refundable through drip accessory. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
  • We do not accept exchanges.  Ultimately we are trying to create the best experience for you, and part of this is getting the correct product to you as fast as possible. If you are in need of a different item, simply follow our returns process for the item/items you no longer want, and place a new order for the item/items you do want.

  • If you received a gift and want to exchange it, please contact info@dripaccessory.com and we can help you out.
  • Please send an email to info@dripaccessory.com. In the body of the email please include your order number, a picture of the damage and a short description of the issue.  We can certainly help you out.
  • No. At the present time we do not offer store credit.
  • Once your return has been shipped back to us, please allow 5-10 business days for the return to be processed at our distribution center. Please allow additional time for international orders.

  • If you return for a full refund, you can expect the refund to hit your bank or credit card account within 3—5 business days after the return has been processed, but processing credit is subject to your bank.

  • You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
  • At the present time we do not offer custom personalization of drip accessory products.
  • We can try to provide you this service.  Reach out via email at info@dripaccessory.com with your order number, full name and that you would like a gift receipt or personal note.  Provide the details of your note. We will do our very best to accommodate your request.
  • We will apply a promo code after your order has been placed on a case by case basis.  Request needs to sent via email at info@dripaccessory.com within 48 hours of order placement.
  • We do offer an additional discount for orders $500 US dollars or more.  Reach out at info@dripaccessory.com with your request.
