Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be NOT laundered and in the original packaging. If an item is clearly a manufacturing defect please email a picture of the defect to Mary at Drip Accessory customer service at hello@dripaccessory.com.

Shipping for product return or exchange will be deducted from refund or charged to the customer.
