Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If an item is clearly a manufacturing defect please email a picture of the defect to spintowel customer service at info@spintowel.com. In most cases a replacement product(s) will be sent to you at no charge. At times we would like to have you send the item back for inspection. If this is the case return shipping label will be provided.
